Coconut Macaroons (Gluten Free)
Pure coconut flavor and simple ingredients combine in this exquisite cookie that many customers have declared is the best macaroon they've ever eaten. They're elegant, light, and chock full of lightly sweetened coconut flavor. This recipe has no flour, but contains almond extract.
Chocolate Chip
Hand scooped buttery gems filled with Guittard chocolate chips and carefully baked until crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Warm them for a few minutes in a 300 degree oven if you can. They'll taste just baked and, as a bonus, your kitchen will fill with the unmistakable pure vanilla aroma of freshly baked cookies! This secret and unique recipe is classic, pure, and unbelievably delicious.

During December, we top these gems with crumbled peppermint candies, as shown in the photo.
Frosted Butter Star Fish Cookies
An old fashioned pure butter cookie dough is rolled with Grandma's rolling pin on a marble counter, stamped with a cookie cutter and baked to cookie perfection until the edges are lightly browned, highlighting the spectacular butter cookie flavor. These cookies are beautifully hand decorated, using natural food coloring from plants (a rarity in the cookie business) and very flavorful.
Oatmeal Berry Bars
Whole grain rolled oats, unsweetened coconut, raspberry or strawberry jam ... sounds like a bowl of morning goodness. But, Batter Up Bakery is a cookie company not a brunch spot, so we added some flour and butter (of course) and pressed it all into a pan. Voila!
