We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs, FPOs, Alaska or Hawaii. Please double check your address information, because we will not be responsible for incomplete or incorrect delivery information. 

To ensure that your cookies are as fresh as possible, all orders are shipped or picked up on the same day they are baked. If you don't plan on enjoying them within a day or two, just put the tin or box in the freezer. When you want a cookie, let it sit at room temperature for about an hour. Then, reheat it for a few minutes in a 300 degree oven. It'll taste just as delicious as the day it arrived at your door!

Standard Shipping
If we receive your standard shipping order on a Monday or Tuesday, or on a Wednesday before 10:00 a.m. EST, then we will ship it within one business day (and usually the same day). We're sure that you don't want your delicious, fresh cookies to sit in a warehouse over the weekend. So, if we receive your standard shipping order between Wednesday 10:00 a.m. EST and Sunday, then we will ship it the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). Orders received on holidays will ship the next business day.

Orders for destinations outside the northeastern US will typically arrive within 2 - 3 business days. Please call or email if you have \ any delivery date related questions.

Pick Up
Orders can be picked up at the bakery on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Please send an email to for pick up pricing. At least a three day advance notice is required for pick up orders.
